“Over night stay to visit Bristol Zoo Project”
Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff, clean room, very comfortable bed, excellent shower, good breakfast. Reasonably priced restaurant with a limited range of quality food for your evening meal. We were only there for the one-night visit because we wanted to go to Bristol Zoo Project.O

“Positively Pearly Perfect...”
Easy to find just a short distance from motorway, staff were excellent and always seems to have a smile. My room was clean and warm better than home. Noise from the road at the front but stayed at the back and was fine. Lovely little hotel really.

“Excellent hotel”
Lovely clean room, spacious and comfortable bed. Shower over bath , shower head was leaking, didn't spoilt weekend though. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a full English or continental, pre order night before, pre book time

“Comfortable Hotel With Friendly Staff”
Very comfortable hotel with extremely friendly staff. Some areas are “faded elegance” and the car park is very tight. The breakfast was good and I would stay again.
