“Brilliant stay”

“All round great choice for hotel.”
Great city centre location but no noise in the rooms from outside to disrupt sleep. The room itself was very clean, all amenities were provided and the shower had decent pressure. “Great for City centre”
We had a premier plus room on the top floor and it was very nice and good and clean. We ate in the restaurant on two occasions and the food and service was outstanding. The hotel in very well situated for the city centre hospitals, as we needed to be at St Michaels.

“Not as expected”
I guess I am being generous by giving the hotel 4* this time around. My last 2 stays at Premier Inn has not lived up to expectation. “No sleep in hot, stuffy room”
Stayed here for just one night and that was probably for the best. Didn’t get much sleep because of how HOT and stuffy the room gets. All the windows are sealed shut, so there’s no way of getting any semblance of fresh air. Will not be staying here again for that reason. Staff were lovely though!
