“Comfortable stay”
Stayed one night for business. Hotel is clean and tidy, reception staff were very efficient. Room was clean but a little tired - there was some wear and tear in the bathroom. Special thanks goes to Jack, my server in the restaurant. He was very helpful and attentive - thank you

“Good, well located hotel”
Our go to hotel when we visit family in Bristol. Nice welcome at reception and no problem to store our bags as we were too early to check in. When we did check in, it was also again a good experience. Our room was clean but did smell bizarrely of stale cigarettes? Breakfast was good, though we did … more

“Not as good as they used to be”
Staff very friendly . Location was ok I’m not sure what’s going on with premier inn standards these days. This is the 3rd one I’ve stayed where the cleanliness of the rooms wasn’t great Found hair on bathroom floor and mold on door frame Pull you socks up premier inn
