“Premier Inn Emerson Green”
Arrived as usual for my 2 nights whilst working near Bristol and Emma, Front of desk always smiley Happy, Always goes out of her way to be the best version of herself and to make my life easier. So Thanks again to Emma for taking the time out to be Great Regards Charles

“Excellent”
Why can’t all hotels be this pleasant? Receptionists was happy, smiling and very welcoming, the family room was spacious and neat and the breakfast was superb. All the staff were pleasant and the cost of our stay was pre lockdown price.

Without exception, all of the staff have the most wonderful attitude of being helpful, kind, courteous and happy! It’s the kind of customer service you always hope for at a hotel, but don’t always get. The hotel was great and the breakfasts are delicious… this combined with the first class service… more

“Perfect for what I needed”
Stayed Friday 15th may for one night in a family room with a toddler. Staff were so welcoming on arrival, check in was swift and smooth, room clean and quieter than expected considering how close to the ring road and pub it was. “Could not fault my stay & slept brilliantly”
5 out of 5 from me. Polite & friendly staff on arrival & departure. Clean room, lovely bedding, super comfortable bed. TV worked, great picture quality. Excellent shower, comfortable night's sleep. Can't comment on breakfast as didn't have any. Very happy to recommend & will definitely stay again.
