“Michelle our hero!”
We ended up in Bristol after a family member had a medical emergency whilst on a weekend away. Michelle on the reception desk was absolutely brilliant and did everything she could to ensure we had somewhere to stay after being in hospital all night. “Amazing stay”
Over many years I've been staying at premier lodge in filton bristol the main reason is upon arrival to check in I've always found the reception staff on duty to be kind. And polite also very professional nothing is a major issue and they have always listen to your requests I have on many occasions… more
