“First class hotel”
Just spent a lovely overnight stay at this hotel as a gift. Beautiful, spotless hotel. Lovely location with harbourside view. Breakfast excellent Room gorgeous Staff lovely. Would highly recommend

“Great Weekend in Bristol”
The hotel is in a fantastic location. A stones throw away from all the amenities to include drinking, eating and experiences. The hotel is excellent value in all respects .

Arriving at hotel quite difficult, why not leave clear instructions on the website. The Parking ramp is exceedingly narrow. Our room was large and perfectly clean, a good bed. We had great hopes of this Hotel but, as disabled guests, the experience was disappointing. There steps everywhere and no ramps of any kind to an avoid them.
