“Out of their way to be helpful.”
I've been staying at the Washington hotel for a while now. It's been great, with all the staff very friendly and helpful, in particular at reception Katia, Dan, Yanna and Sumaya.

“A nice quiet place close to the city centre”
A nice family-friendly place, close to the city centre that is also a budget stay. The staff Yanna, Katia, Sumaya, Klaus and Daniel are all welcoming and accommodating. 15 min walk from the suspension bridge and good restaurants nearby.
