“Lovely Stay! Excellent staff team”

“Room not ready and none of the extra provided”
When we arrived after 16.00 hrs we checked in using the self check in or at least tried too it stated that our room was not ready. We had booked a premier plus room. “Dirty carpets throughout the hotel.”
Dirty carpets throughout the hotel. Dirt and mud up the staircase. Lack of staff and no one on the bar. Lack of staff at checkin. We had an upgraded room and the quality of toilet paper was cheap and nasty! Impossible to get served at the bar! It took 20 minutes to receive a poached egg! Very poor… more
