“Perfect holiday.”
A wonderful welcome, superb comfort and delicious breakfast. My daughter and I had a lovely few days and felt as though we were being looked after by good friends. Garden to sit in, quiet and peaceful, and lounge to enjoy a relaxing evening drink. Thoroughly recommend and would love to revisit

“Lovely hosts and fantastic location”
We had the Bay View room and it was worth the upgrade! We loved waking up to the amazing views every morning. Margret and Martin were lovely hosts, we really enjoyed the made to order breakfast every morning. The location can’t be beat, a 3-min train ride to St Ives or a 20-min walk along the coast… more

“Amazing place”
We've been for two nights is was just amazing. Martin and Margaret are lovely and very friendly. The breakfast was delicious and the view exceptional. The location is perfect because the train in 2 mins for trip to at Ives and just next to carbis bay.

Margret and Martin are friendly and attentive hosts. The guest house is lovely and clean and was an ideal place to stay for the wedding I was attending in Carbis Bay.
