“Lovely break to Carlisle”
Stayed in one of the 2 bedroom apartments with our 2 children for a break between Xmas and new year , rooms were lovely , very spacious and a well equipped kitchen area , very well kept and staff very friendly. Would return , hotel is central to the centre and plenty nice restaurants near by.

“Incredible”
10 friends ,suite 204 /205 and 1 studio all fabulous ,Reception,restaurant, staff even the handsome manager all fabulous .Rooms to very high standard so thankyou to housekeeping .Slippers ,robes and toiletries provided .We got a bucket of ice delivered to our room . “Lovely Food - Poor Service!”
Afternoon Tea: This is a lovely venue and have been in before for drinks so decided to try the afternoon tea. The food was lovely and all very tasty. Very disappointed with the service however! The waitress was working between two venues and one member of bar staff busy with drinks orders. We wait… more
