“Awesome service”
Jenny and Zan were incredibly helpful. After a long rip due to m25 being shut last night after the Iron Maiden concert 24 hours no sleep, it was so nice to be greeted so warmly and so professionally

The hotel is in the midst of extensive refurbishment but this did not impact us at all. “Disappointingly Average”
This hotel is in the middle of a much-needed refurbishment. Our Premier + room was clean enough but it was nothing special. The shower pulsed from lukewarm to scalding.
