“Very good hotel/pub”
Stayed on a Saturday night, lovely room, spotlessly clean, warm, comfy bed, proper stand alone shower, excellent breakfast, v reasonably priced. Ate in the restaurant which was also v good. We will return.

“A new base for our UK visits”
Cannot fault this establishment at all. Made very welcome, staff were amazing (everyone of them), food top quality. Only stayed for two nights this time, we’re going to make this our base whenever back in the uk, just perfect! Well done all, I don’t usually recommend some where so strongly

“What a beautiful view from the room right near nature and fauna.”
A very warm welcome and detailed explanation of what to expect and late entry details to the room and meal serving times. The view from our room was just idealistic and we could have just sat and watched the whole world go by with some interesting birds just metres away. We did a walk on the Wirra… more

“Disappointing meal this evening”
We went for dinner and unfortunately felt it was not as good as it has been. Staff were absolutely lovely as always but the food is just ok. Food descriptions don’t match what is served.
