“Great relaxing visit”
Special trip to celebrate a birthday. Lovely hotel with friendly staff and a great breakfast. Room was lovely and clean with a great shower and quality toiletries Ideal location in the centre and just 5 minutes drive from the Eddie Cochran memorial. Highly recommended

“Not the best best western we’ve been to”
Little Easter break. Chippenham town was rubbish so drove out to a national trust house. Hotel staff especially evening staff helpful. All lager was off with poor substitutes in bottles.
