I regularly come to this hotel for work, but this time my experience was excellent. Ms. Puvana from the restaurant, was very hospitable and provided excellent customer service. She’s very friendly and smiley and caring. Thank you Puvana for making my stay enjoyable.

“Perfect stay”
Good hotel, well located and easily accessible. Staiss is really courteous and happy to help. The lounge and restaurant is also well equipped with plenty food and drink options. Rooms and gym also good. Privana at restaurant is a good host and serves with smile.

Wonderful hotel for overnight stay prior to flying. We had a family room for one night (2 adults one child). Possibly the most comfortably beds in a hotel room.
