Excellent, drinks and food expensive, but I guess that's expected in london. However pay for a basic room and upgrade for a small fee,and you get good discount on meals and drinks.

“Exceptional staff”
I travel with my parents to visit my uncle who is in a nursing home. We have stayed in The Leonardo 6 times since January. Each time we have stayed the hospitality has been 2nd to none. “Amazing Hotel with Amazing Staff”
Brilliant hotel and the staff are incredibly accommodating! ERIN IS WORKER OF THE YEAR! They always do their best to satisfy the customer which speaks to their hospitality and communication training regime for staff and hiring protocol.
