“Brilliant and Caring waitress Amber but disrespectful Gary”
I went in with my family for a nice meal and drinks. Amber was serving us and she was warm and lovely and shows pride in what she does. “Happy holiday”
Location is near my friend and easy to get to town and local places. Friendly atmosphere and very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and bed was really comfortable. Upstairs was quiet and I slept well. Discount in the restaurant if staying in hotel.

“Derby visit.”
No problem with hotel, but could have done with better signage or instructions on where to check in, as was not clear. Had to ring up Shannon later to get my receipt sent to me. What a star she was. So helpful, friendly and efficient, a credit to your team. Kind regards Mark

Well we love the blue Jay go alot and eat there regularly. But we never have the carvery. But today we did. So so not good at all. There were 3 of the tiniest pieces of beef turkey and gammon.
