“Fantastic Stay at the dog friendly Farnley Tower B&B”
We had a wonderful stay at Farnley Tower B&B. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Durham, and the free parking was a real bonus. “Lovely room, breakfast and staff”
Lovely hotel, friendly staff, beautiful room with views of the cathedral, great breakfast. So many positives. Also, lovely curry from the on-site restaurant. Thank you for a lovely break!

“Comfortable stay and good location”
A last minute booking turned out as a great overnight stay. Room was comfortable as was the bed. Vibrant decor in our spacious room. Breakfast was excellent as was Anna. There were many choices all of which were lovely.

“Dog confusion !!”
We had a pleasant stay at farnely Tower guest house,clean,tidy friendly staff,(especially anna) first morning breakfast was outstanding, felt relaxed and welcomed. That all changed second morning!!! “Average, far from luxury”
From the outside, we had high hopes for Farnley Tower & a lovely welcome was promising. However, there were too many aspects that need addressing.
