“Overnight stay”
The room was fabulous. The bathroom was spotless and the bath / shower beautifully finished. The food in the bar in the evening was excellent - both quality and quantity. We could have managed with just the starters ! Breakfast was as we expected full and fresh. Couldn’t really find any fault.

We called in after a short walk from Five Rise.. for our Diamond Wedding anniversary lunch what a lovely place food was delicious staff very friendly

“Birthday meal”
Booked a table for our daughters birthday. We were not disappointed. Food was absolutely stunning. For a Monday evening the place was very busy, which is lovely to see. Staff were very attentive.

“Fantastic! A hidden gem.”
Fantastic, a hidden gem! What a great place. We stayed in The Hideaway, an annex at the back of the pub. The 3 rooms were comfortable, had great facilities and we all had a good night's sleep. Excellent food too. Highly recommend!
