On arrival, I was disappointed with the check in process. The receptionist was quite rude and didn’t offer up any information about the spa facilities, restaurant etc. She handed us the key and told us the room number and breakfast times and that was it. Had a one night stay here with the family over the bank holiday weekend. “Menu change”
Visited many times. New menu wasnt great. Not much i liked. Popular stuff taken away. Breakfast ok standard. Staff was great. Room ok stains on pillow cases. Rooms need up grading.
