“Excellent!”
Lovely old hotel, with character. Very friendly, helpful staff. Room seemed fairly recently refurbed, including good size en-suite. Just across the road from Exeter Central Station and very close to the shopping centre. Excellent!

“Exceptionally considerate and accommodating staff.”
Exceptionally considerate and accommodating staff. I was quite unwell on my visit but they looked after my things and provided a room to freshen up after a hospital visit. I will look to stay again in the future.

“Lovely stay”
Went to see Jamie Lawson and the Phoenix and had the BEST time! You can literally fall out of Exeter Central station and land in the hotel, and the Phoenix is 3 minutes away at a slow walk. “Excellent as always!”
We have stayed here a few times and always enjoy it so much that we have decided it’s our ‘go to’ hotel when we come to Exeter. Lovely staff, great rooms, perfect location and good prices … what more could you want. We will be back again soon!!
