“Great stay”
Excellent service as always …room cleaned and perfectly comfortable. The staff were all amazing polite helpful and friendly and professional. Food was lovely.

“Family trip to the castle”

“Beware high parking charge.”
Good location as a touring centre. Stayed in a Premier Plus room which was clean and quite roomy. Bed very comfortable and enjoyed a good night's sleep for 5 nights. I was not made aware of the daily £8.50 parking charge when I booked. Who pays that amount to park on an industrial estate? The sheet… more

The whole experience was just about okay. The hotel itself was fine. Room decent and clean but the biggest let down was the breakfast. Very disappointing and average.
