“Premier Inn experience, but with excellent staff.”
The best thing about this hotel is its lovely staff. We stay here very regularly, usually on Sunday night and Chandan is always here to greet us. He is really lovely and nothing is too much trouble. Staff were great. We were there at the height of the heatwave. The room (in fact the whole hotel) was like an oven and could not be cooled however the prompt provision of two big fans made it just about bearable.
