“Great but you need one change”
I stayed at the Premier Inn in felixtowe for four days. Bob at the front of house, MIKE the manager and Louis were all fantastic and very accommodating. My only complaint is that your credit card machine does not allow for a tip because I never carry cash. It is a real disservice to the servers!!!

“Always 5 Star”
Every busy evening that I stay here, the service is immaculate. I’ve been staying for over 3 years now and the staff don’t compare anywhere else! From Mike the Hotel Manager to Lewis and Paul the Chefs and front of house Hayley, Bob and Cheryl. The perfect team!
