“Perfectly Good”
Perfectly good hotel for the price. All of the staff were excellent. Quiet, with comfortable bed. Good location.

“would use again”
Great location just above the Tyne and very handy for the Glasshouse (Sage ) clean and spacious room Bed was not as comfy as some we have been in Restaurant was handy for a pre gig meal and had a good Bacon or sausage sandwich + coffee for a fiver offer

“Comfortable one night stay”
Good for a one night stay in Gateshead. Huge bed and very comfortable. Food was OK but not fabulous. Staff were all excellent.

We had room 609 a superior room £150 for one night breakfast an extra £13 the room was large the shower floods the bathroom the bed was only a small double a 4ft bed which is ridiculous for such a large room the tea and coffee tray was stuck under a desk and a task in itself to utilise it.
