“Fabulous comfy bed”
Stayed here after doing the emmerdale tour. Brilliant hotel. Central for restaurants. The bed was so comfy. Brekky was lovely too. Highly recommend it.

“Cleaner saved the stay”
Stayed for 2 nights, first night we realised the bed was very hard, however my partner came up with the idea of using the duvet as a mattress topper by folding it in half, however we then discovered the next problem, we woke up cold, however he solved this problem By putting on our fleece’s but we … more

“Average in Harrogate”
Room is fine - except for the banging doors - when the door shuts it slams and so between about 7am and 11am it’s like a French farce. So don’t expect a lie in ! Talking of French, bar charges a heathy price for cocktails yet the bar maid doesn’t seem to know how to make one. Poor low quality ingre… more

“Not good enough, better hotels in Harrogate.”
Stayed for two nights, informed staff at reception desk after fits night about the beds being too hard and pillows being too hard also. Pillows were replaced but still too hard and nothing done to improve the mattress. My back is now in so much pain, never again……
