“Convenient hotel by the harbour”
It's a very pleasant hotel to stay in next to the marina with good views of the tall ships if facing the right way. Breakfast is served next door in the restaurant where you can sit outside by the harbour

“Visiting as competing in an Indoor Carpet Bowls tournament.”
Easy to book in, staff were all friendly. Enjoyed the food selection for both breakfast and evening meals. Room was very clean and comfortable. Hardly heard any of the other guests.

Stayed here on many occasions. Clean rooms and good customer service from both hotel and restaurant staff.

“Basic but adequate”
The Hotel is in pleasant surroundings on the coast by the marina with beautiful views from the bedroom. It is very basic but OK for a working stop over. The restaurant is more of a pub atmosphere. “Hartlepool stay”
The hotel was clean and the staff were very good. But the hotel and adjoining beefeater are very tired. The car park which was charged at £3.30 per night had the appearance of a deserted ghost town with weeds everywhere. Beautiful setting but needs investment.
