“First class”
Upon check in was met by Yvette and a warm smile check in was smooth. We were in room 126 all the rooms have been refurbished and are spacious and clean. “What perfection should be”
Ok so we arrived and we booked in. To say the service from Yvette was well above and beyond is an understatement , she was friendly and insured we were happy with anything we needed. “Great experience”
Lovely new rooms!! Had dinner in restaurant and was waited on by Gabriela who was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient! Excellent service and great to be given a free drink of our choice.. such a nice perk to receive. Also the food was lovely! Thank you

“Premier experience!”
Lovely staff at the Premier Inn, very welcoming and nothing too much trouble. Delighted the Rusty Cutter, the onsite restaurant is open again to the public, not just residents of the Premier Inn as the food is first rate, great staff and chef too!
