“A nice small and comfortable hotel”

“Lovely gem”
What a lovely place. We stayed one night for a birthday party. The bed was so comfortable. The breakfast was, albeit small, nice. Went back for seconds. “Great location, Welcoming hosts who are not intrusive - comfy beds, great garden.”
We had a lovely stay here. It felt like our hosts most important focus was on guests. Beutiful art displayed around the hotel adds to all the other interesting things. Super relaxed and accommodating. We played croquet on the lawn, we sat in the garden, and breakfasts were amazing. We are very glad… more

“English country house hotel equipped with pizza oven - very good”
The Hook House Hotel is a beautiful English country house - as is often the case with such properties there is a certain characteristic that some would call period charm others would say a bit scruffy. “Nice stay”
Another great stay. Room was nice and spacious. I didn’t have dinner but the breakfast was good- not quite a full English, but the main items were there; gluten free bread was available on request. Ample parking and the hotel is set in a quiet area away from the main road.
