“Monica is awesome”
Customer service was excellent. I needed to book an extra night but had to do it online through a third party. However Monica on the front desk sorted everything so I kept the same room and issued me with a new key before I left. Very impressed.

This is basically a transit hotel. Stayed here for the rugby with friends mainly due to the location. We were greeted with a demand for proof of ID and a demand for payment for parking.
