“Lovely hotel”
Charming old hotel with staff that all smiled ! Dinner was excellent on both nights we were there . Highly recommend !

“Fantastic Stay Excellent Breakfast & Evening Meal”
First Visit To This Hotel & Had a Great Experience Hotel Many Years Ago Served The Now Closed Railway Station & During The 2nd World War Was A School For Evacuated Schoolgirls So Lots Of History To This Hotel Hotel is Just Outside Keswick Town Centre Which Is A Short Walk Away , Fantastic Gardens… more

“Heritage hotel”
Four nights at this hotel gave us the opportunity to meet a lot of staff. All very positive. As other guests have pointed out, the hotel is now rather old and, therefore, could do with some renovation but think what it would cost and the resulting uplift in prices!

“Couple review.”
Great location. Sadly hotel is let down by the tired side of the hotel that is in much need of some TLC to bring it upto date with the rest that has been updated. We would not recommend staying in room400 the Rafael as it was tired ,chipped and rusty in places. I can only imagine there were a hear… more
