“A wonderful stay”
Stayed whilst doing a bit of a work in the area and had a wonderful time. Brilliant friendly hosts and clean spacious room ☺️ breakfast was absolutely delicious too! Would definitely recommend. - Also we stayed in the front room and wasn’t too loud at all! Thanks for a wonderful stay ❤️

“Super comfy beds”
We stayed here for a night to visit Leeds. It's a 15 minute walk to the train station to then get into Leeds within 10 minutes. It's a great little guest house. “Super stay”
Had a great stay, warm welcome, lovely clean spacious rooms, lovely comfortable bed, and a superb breakfast. Look forward to a return visit soon. Very reasonably priced. Lovely river walk close by. Plenty of places to eat close by. Couldn't find fault after all😃
