“A luxury hotel with exceptional staff”
I enjoyed a very pleasant stay, in exceptionally hot weather; the Dakota was an oasis of coolness and calm. The staff are particularly helpful and friendly, recommending an excellent bookshop near the Armouries, a pretty case for flowers sent to me, and delicious biscuits in my room!

“A tranquil break”
The location is dead in the center of town making it accessible and convenient. Upon arrival Carla greeted us with the biggest smile and made us feel welcome. The experience was second to none. Thanks again.

“Dakota”
Central location, quiet spacious room on the eighth floor that didn't get too hot. Comfortable bed, and powerful shower. Decent restaurant. Breakfast had a lovely fruit compote and a nice selection of fruit. The portions are generous.

“Private dining room for corporate meal”
Booked the rpivate dining room for 8 people- the meeting room was perfect and the Screen was easy to operate, the staff were lovely and the food was all delicious. I will certainly be booking the room again :)
