“A great start to the stay!”
Natasha was a great help at reception, a couple errors whilst checking in but she was extremely apologetic and proactive to solve. The room is lovely and clean. Highly recommend. Thank you Natasha

Booked here as we were visiting Leeds. Great location there’s even a shop right outside the hotel which was ideal.
