“Reception team fabulous”
It was my 50th celebrations and I was very fortunate to have an upgrade to executive suite. Thank you Zoe and redemption team for making my stay so enjoyable the card and little bottle of Prosecco was a lovely surprise and very much appreciated.

“Well Done Park Plaza!”
Much enjoyed out brief visit. Staff were friendly, professional and helpful particularly in making the booking. Splendid breakfast choice and room with a view - a little tired but excellent bed. Thankyou so much.

“Location excellent. Rooms tired and bed uncomfortable.”
Very tired hotel. There were 5 mirrors in the hotel room!! The bed was no way as comfortable as a Premier Inn. Breakfast was "satisfactory". I would neither recommend or stay again.
