“Fantastic visit”
Stopped overnight as we were going to a concert at the Arena. Location is in the city centre near to the train station, shops and lots if restaurants. “Amazing”
We have just got to our hotel. They upgraded our room, which is amazing! The room is absolutely beautiful! The ladies at reception are absolutely lovely. Probably one of the best looking hotels I've stayed in!

“Quality stay”
Stayed for my wife's 40th while out for dinner and drinks. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and not too hot o'r too cold, which was appreciated in a heatwave. Breakfast was cooked to a very good standard. The room's hairdryer was actuqlly a proper hairdryer. Worth the price for sure.

“Lovely quiet historical hotel.”
Really nice one night stay. Great location and really quiet to say it's in the city centre. Historical features throughout the hotel and lovely old decor in the rooms. Got an upgrade on check in which was a nice touch. Not enough hotels do this when they have empty rooms. £50 holding fee to be paid… more
