“Amazing Stay!”
I stayed at this hotel with my colleagues for a conference in March. It is a beautiful hotel & the decor is gorgeous! Right in the middle of Leeds city centre, by the station. “Good”
I had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. The staff was welcoming and always ready to help with a smile. Room service was quick, and everything was clean and well-maintained. Overall, the service made my stay relaxing and enjoyable.

Arrived about 15 mins before the 3pm check in. The front of house were not what I would call unwelcoming just not what I would call warm. The reception told us to come back after 3pm.
