“Another great visit”
We have stayed at the Premier Inn, Leek several times - it must be good as we keep on returning! This stay we had a problem with the heating in our room and we were able to swop rooms straight away - no hassle. Friendly, quick service at breakfast and during the evening meal too.

“Great location, accommodation and service”
We had a great stay here as a base to visit Alton Towers. It’s centrally located, the rooms are clean and quiet, the buffet breakfast was great and the service was excellent. I left my kindle behind and staff went out of their way to get it back to me immediately at our next destination.

“Cleaning staff harass guests”
Room was clean and self-checkin was fairly simple. Parking was fine, but a bit expensive. We chose a Premier Plus room because one of us were working remotely through the morning, until 12noon checkout.
