“Perfect location for events at the castle”
Stayed here with the family for a concert at Lincoln castle and it was perfect for what we wanted. Although parts of the hotel are a little dated, the room was nice (327) and had a balcony too. Whilst parts of the hotel are dated, the hotel is very clean. Facilities are good. My room had a lovely balcony to sit out on, the bed was very comfortable and you had the choice of having a shower or bath. The staff were very professional and friendly. “Ok but with issues”
Hotel is starting to get a little tired and the room could do with a deep clean but was ok .Food was great but could do with some more basic choices, breakfast was excellent .The staff and location made up for all the short comings I would go again and recommend it with pointing out it's issues .
