“Excellent stay, perfect location.”
Greeted at the main reception and given 2 key cards. The rooms are located in a separate area and was really impressed that entry to the building was via your key card. Rooms are basic, bathroom with bath/ shower over...bit of a high step in...towels provided. Had twin beds that were pushed togethe… more

“Great stay”
Stayed overnight for work. Lovely room nice and clean. Most importantly a perfect temperature without having to touch the air con. Staff friendly and happy. Really helpful with local knowledge.

“Nice food and nice atmosphere”
Good experience and value with 40% off in January. Food was good however bit of a wait with how busy it was. We were told when we went in that there was a wait so cannot complain. Will definitely visit again in the future

Nice comfortable clean room, with everything you could need, and good value breakfast with excellent eggs in the pub. Nice location and good for Lincoln

“Not impressed at all with this place!”
Room is very shabby, bathroom is like something out of the 70s. Really disappointed I was expecting something much better but I am stuck here now for two night's. The room needs a really good clean especially the walls, some very dubious stains on the walls, fortunately I have some anti bac wipes… more
