“Great staff!”
Got there early and Poppy on reception was wonderful. Waited for around 10 minutes for our room to be ready. But when we got to the room the cleaner hadn't finished and it would be another 15 minutes. Was happy to wait but Poppy gave us a couple of free drinks and a meal for the inconvenience. We … more

“Great location and value for money”
Great location, 10 minute walk to shops, 5 to the docks. Busy hotel but friendly staff. Hectic at breakfast time but go early. Rooms decent, clean. Beds a bit hard and limited clothing space for 4, only 7 hangers.

Nice & central. Room clean, toilet roll paper worse than the cheapest you could get in Asda, single ply & useless. Room 304 had only BBC news working on TV!
