“Lovely hotel”
Went for our anniversary and the woman upgraded up to a lovely room. It was tidy and spotless, the breakfast was lovely and the staff were amazing. Let me go in for 2pm to decorate the room which was nice of them and we got a free upgrade which was even more of a surprise, and it made our stay.
