“Staff accomodatabiry”
VJ Imogen and Hannah were very friendly and accommodating. Made my trip to Liverpool extremely enjoyable and extremely worthwhile. Would highly recommend to others.

“If you want quiet do not stay here”
Not a quiet hotel. But a party hotel overall first impression very nice. Foyer was large staff were lovely and very welcoming. We stayed in room 220 lovely size room with two double beds.
