I loved this place, as it was the most comfortable and cleanest Airbnb I've ever been to (90% of them require a 2-hour cleaning job when I get there). It was a one-bedroom apt, modern full kitchen, modern bathroom with rain shower, no clutter, good heating. It had a washer dryer, which was great. The towels were large and fluffy, which is something one rarely gets in an Airbnb. It's an important thing for me that doesn't go unnoticed. While some reviews wrote that this Airbnb has a severe customer service problem, the service I've received was good as well: They amended my booking to a 3 day earlier arrival at the last minute. The bathroom had a broken toilet seat upon arrival, which was replaced within 3 days (apparently hard to source). I always got prompt responses when I had a question or an issue. Cleaning service was included once after my first week. The TV, the heating and all appliances were working, which is not something I'm used to from other Airbnbs. The mattress was fairly thin and cheap, which is common in Airbnbs, and the pillows filled with artificial fiber (I prefer feathers/down), but I get that the plastic fiber is more hygienic and easier to wash. The bed wasn't uncomfortable and not too firm. The windows/balcony doors only open a hand width, probably to prevent people from jumping. Note that the safe is tiny and won't fit a laptop. I had 2 people over to try and figure out how it works (opening/closing). It is very complicated and no visitor will be able to figure it out on their own without a manual. I didn't end up using it. But not a biggie. The only thing that I would call a flaw is that the living room doesn't have proper curtains, so the guest is on full display when working, eating, watching TV. There is a building directly opposite, with a number of apartments having full view into this one, so you can't walk around in your underwear (which is easy to forget...). The carpet in the bedroom could use a carpet cleaning or replacement as it was severely stained for my taste. I don't get why people walk with shoes into bedrooms or keep spilling things. I always treat each place like it's my own. I recommend tossing out the furry rug in the living room. Having furry rugs in mass rental properties is a mystery to me, as it is a breeding ground for bacteria and dirt. I never stepped onto it. ;-) Overall, a great find. I'll always stay here in the future, as I've been through too much in my Airbnb life...
