Check in was friendly and efficient. Received an upgrade to an executive room as a diamond member (thank you) and a lovely amenity as a welcome gift. Had evening drinks and food in the executive lounge which was good quality and varied. Thank you for another great stay.

Mauna Sautos was extremely helpful at check in because upon arrival, I had a problem with the uber payment and she figured it out. She helped us get to our tour that we had scheduled.She spent a lot of time helping us. Than you so much for all you did for us.

“Extremely positive hotel stay”
Tower Bridge is my favourite Hilton in London. It never fails to satisfy. Hati looked after us extremely well in the Executive Lounge tonight. The staff are extremely friendly here and we know that the experience of being here is always going to be great.
