“Ok- a few annoying issues”
Pre arrival communication is really poor- nobody answers the phone, nobody replies on chat. It’s not clear whether the room is set up with an additional bed for kids - this seems like it has to be requested at check in. Elevator was still broken, 4pm check in is too late. Big stain on sofa in room
