Staying at the Pan Pacific London felt like stepping into another world. If someone had told me I’d been transported to Asia, I would have believed them. The climate inside the hotel, the signature fragrance, and the serene, curated décor created an atmosphere that felt worlds away from Liverpool Street. It was immersive, calming, and unlike anything I’ve experienced in London. My bedroom was pure luxury — every detail designed with the guest in mind. I adored the charming Singapore tea service, with each item — tea, sugar, milk and the tiniest teaspoons — nestled into its own dedicated place. My favourite feature was the desk with the built‑in vanity mirror and the Dyson hairdryer resting in its own custom slot. It was thoughtful, elegant, and made getting ready feel special. The wellness facilities were exceptional. The gym felt like my own private space, beautifully equipped and peaceful, and the infinity pool overlooking London was breathtaking. But as impressive as the facilities were, it was the staff who made my stay unforgettable. Every single person I encountered was warm, professional, and genuinely kind. I enjoyed a full English breakfast in the stunning restaurant, and when I arrived late, the new restaurant manager, Helen, encouraged me to take my time — such a small gesture, but it made me feel cared for rather than rushed. The breakfast itself was a banquet: poached eggs cooked to order, all the English breakfast favourites, mini hash browns, pastries… I only wish I could have eaten more. I also want to thank Maame, who had only been there three weeks. I needed help with my dress as I was travelling alone, and she accompanied me to my room without hesitation, making me feel completely at ease. And a special mention to Nitsa Eloshvili, the Guest Relations Manager, who somehow managed to fit all my wedding gifts — and the fabulous Pan Pacific robe — into a tiny bag. It felt like magic. It’s clear why the recruitment process is so selective. Every member of staff embodies the hotel’s values and makes you feel at home. And I truly did. If I could have moved in, I would have. The penthouse may be out of my league, but the experience as a whole made me feel like I belonged there. I would recommend Pan Pacific London 100%, and I cannot wait to return.

Thank you for another faultless stay at the Pan Pacific - it really felt like coming home. Every staff member we met or interacted with was wonderful - always friendly and hospitable in a way that felt sincere and genuine, which is often not the case with stuffier top hotels. The suite was immaculate, the loyalty recognition great and the upgrade much appreciated. We couldn’t fault the facilities and lazing by that pool on a Monday morning is a blissful place to be. I would say the pool was a little cooler than I remember but not unpleasantly so, and as always we appreciate the separate times for families with children. Special thanks to Davide in Guest Relations for making us feel so welcome, Jason from the lobby team for that smile every time, and Tiona & Ramona from the Housekeeping team who so considerately checked that all was in order. Running a 5 star hotel has so many parts in motion - the mark of a great hotel is when all of that, from a guest perspective, stays in the background; everything just clicks, everyone is communicating, needs are anticipated and met, and things are running smoothly. It just seems effortless when done well, though I very much appreciate that it’s not, but the Pan Pacific team make it feel beautifully so. We had the most wonderful time and can’t wait to return later this year. Thank you to the entire team - you are fantastic at what you do!
