“One of the best Premier Inns I’ve stayed in”
An excellent stay. We arrived early and the fantastic Hafiz was immediately helpful, efficient and accommodating in sorting early check-in at short notice (he later did similar when we asked for late check-out at even shorter notice!). I have stayed in many Premier inns and I was very disappointed with my recent visit at the Tower bridge Hotel. There was a huge stain on the carpet near the lifts on floor 2.
