“We felt at home. Thank you!”
A good hotel with reasonable pricing and a wonderful hotel- team for our family sightseeing vacation in London. Thanks for everything! It’s located 10-15 minutes from Tower Bridge and had a bus stop about 2 minutes away. A good location for a sightseeing trip to London.

Nice hotel with numerous amenities. Location was quite convenient also. I took 1 star off because the daytime receptionist couldn't answer basic questions about the area (i.e. how to get to London Bridge Station). Location was very convenient for us. “Amazing rooms as always but check-in needs an overhaul!”
PremPlus perfect as usual, Check-in process needs alot of work to bring it upto the times and with common sense. Great location. Not the most modern premier inn, shower over bath. As always super comfy bed which is why we choose premier inn. Sadly air conditioner wasn’t working but a fan was provided.
