“Happy guests”
The hotel is stunning, the staff are nothing but helpful and we would like to say thank you to the desk staff that was on duty until 20:00 on 02-05-2026. We don’t know her name but she is a credit to the hotel. We have already booked to return, thanks again.

“Beautiful hotel. Friendly, smart and helpful staff.”
This was a superb experience. We stayed in a well appointed room in a beautiful hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Useful to have the car park immediately outside and good rail and tube connections. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here.
