“Gabriel made the difference!!”
It was our first trip to London. Tower Suites by Blue Orchid was the perfect location; steps from the tube and easy to navigate. Gabriel made the stay a 5 star experience! His patience and assistance was above and beyond!

“Very nice service at the restaurant.”
I was eating at the restaurant and the food was quite average, but the service was really nice and personal. Chandana was serving me (I had to ask about her name). She was so nice and friendly. I really felt welcome and looked after. Thank you for a nice dinner in a normal Thursday evening 😊

“Shoutouts to Jami!”
Jami was so polite an quick when delivering the chicken sandwich I ordered for room service. Its people like him that makes London so pleasant. 😀 The whole staff at this hotel is amazing but wanted to give a special shout out to Jami.
